I am a Certified Athletic Therapist, CSCS certified, and a Reiki Master, with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in education. I have a passion for teaching people about sports injuries, how to do basic assessment, rehab, prevention, conditioning, and supportive taping. I believe that if we each had more basic knowledge in these areas, we would be healthier and alleviate the burden on our health care system. If, as a parent, participant, and/or coach, you had more basic knowledge of injuries, wouldn’t you be more confident and comfortable when injuries happen? I hope my courses can provide this.
